Deleting your account
In the App

Navigate to the Personal Menu, Click on Settings, then Delete Account.

Contact our support team at info@involo.tech and request an account deletion.
For Enterprise Users

Individual users can request the deletion of their accounts via app or email, or reaching out to their IT / training managers.
If you are a training or safety manager and need to bulk delete accounts, get in touch with your customer success specialist, or send us at info@involo.tech
How long does it take

We immediately flag your account for deletion, but keep your data on our server for 30 days.
During that period, you can decide to reactivate your account without losing any of your saved history or debrief.
After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
